Dubrovnik was the final stop on our cruise, and I found it utterly enchanting. It’s quite stunning with its Baroque buildings, limestone roads, and ancient city walls overlooking the Adriatic Sea. I had no idea of what to expect of Dubrovnik, so I was surprised to discover that this would be my favorite stop on the cruise. We decided to do the kayak excursion and were not disappointed! After a stroll through old town, we jumped aboard our kayaks and paddled in the glistening blue water alongside the castle walls. It was no surprise to discover that Dubrovnik was a location used for filming Game of Thrones and that you can do a walking tour of the film sites. This is definitely a city that I would like to go back to and explore!
